Did the job although we found it helped keep stiffness by wiring in building rods horizontally every 30 cm or so otherwise tended to bulge with stone.

Pallet of gabions and dividers etc arrived as promised. Unfortunately all the gabions were damaged to some degree. 3 out of four corners of the packaged mesh were bent out of shape, with one corner in particular having been bent so that some welds were broken. I can't believe they would have left the factory in that state. It seems your courier doesn't have the same quality standards which you have.

A first class example of perfect customer service; the kind of service you always want as a customer, however sadly lacking with some suppliers. Having searched online for gabion baskets found Fine Mesh Metals and once I read all the positive reviews I took the plunge and ordered. So glad I did! The delivery was so quick and the quality was so good I will be ordering more to expand the project. I'm not usually very "handy" but even I managed to get a good result with these so am very happy.

Used for a 750mm high retaining wall. Good product but the 3mm gauge mesh requires four cross ties to keep a reasonable face when packed.

I'm really pleased with quality of the product, but even more with fact that they sent me a decent hoop of the binding wire,, ( I couldn't see any on the order form,) in addition to the baskets and helicoils, (even if I stretch them I may not have ordered quite enough or the job,) that an I can complete the work, with the bindings to hold the baskets in shape 1 third and 2 thirds of the way up without any further messing about, thank you. I'm really quite impressed.

I ordered these gabions on Wednesday at 12:00 and received a phone call from the delivery company at 8:00 am the next day saying they would deliver that day after 12:00 excellent and surprisingly quick service. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful. The gabions are exactly what I ordered and have gone together really easily. The product certainly seems so far to be just the job!

A little complicated to assemble until I worked out what I should do to make it easier to put together. Would have been easier to put together if I had had the corner ties aswell.
